This is the most luxurious of the properties at Walt Disney World. It is high end whether it be at the pool, spa, golf course,kids clubs, or accommodations. The attention to every little detail is outstanding!

I know that the reason most people go to Orlando is to visit Disney, BUT I would gladly stay here for a girls weekend sans park visit and just enjoy the pool, spa and fine dining in a heartbeat!

Number of rooms: 443


Number of restaurants: 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a demonstration kitchen


Pool: 5 including a lazy river, water slides and splash zone


Spa: 13,000 square feet including 18 treatment rooms and private mens and womens beautiful outdoor lounges with whirlpools


Fitness Center: Yes, three sections of space covering everything from cardio equipment, treadmills, weight training . Outdoor space called the “movement lawn” for pilates, yoga, meditation and more. The jewel in the crown is a peloton studio housing 35 bikes!



Activities: Disney Planning Center right in the lobby assists with all things having to do with the parks. They do offer character breakfasts at the hotel as well as “royal treatment” packages treating the kids to prince or princess costumes, and hair and make-up for the girls including fairy dust!


*** Of course there are the many pools, spa, golf course, 3 tennis courts, jogging trail, volleyball and basketball courts too!

Shopping: Two shops on property. One is kid friendly with costumes, toys and sundries. They feature hand stitched princess dresses. The other shop is a high end mens and womens boutique. They will even do some personal shopping for you based on your needs and wants and deliver it to your room!

Extras: Although rates are high there is no resort fee. The kids club children's activities, fitness classes, entrance to explorers island water park, and movie night at the pool are all complimentary to hotel guests.

Even if you don’t stay here, treat yourself to a dinner at Capa, the rooftop Spanish steak house on the 17th floor and watch the fireworks at one of the parks!
