Who has been dreaming of escaping from the cold winter season? Or of changing those winter boots for a pair of colorful flip-flops? Well, I guess we are all guilty of that!

For those who want to get away from the day-to-day routine, there is even a better solution… Booking your own over-water home retreat in the Maldives! The Anantara Veli Maldives Resort offers ‘Unlimited Stays in Paradise’. This means unlimited nights at the luxury resort for a one-time fee.

Between January 1 and December 23, 2021, the island paradise will be a getaway to a new home. You can stay as long as you want to, and you can come and go whenever you like.

The exclusive offer includes Anantara Veli’s luxury accommodation in an over-water bungalow, daily breakfast for two, transportation between the resort and the Maldives capital city Malé as often as required, and 25% saving on dining and spa experiences.

While at the resort, guests can also use the fitness center, the pool, and take part in the regular yoga classes. Other experiences in the tropical paradise include snorkeling, scuba diving, water skiing, sailing, and other exciting water activities.

The adults-only resort is well equipped with a wide selection of sublime dining options featuring global cuisine. The Anantara Veli Maldives Resort’s venues are 73 Degrees, Thai restaurant Baan Huraa, Japanese cuisine of Origami, poolside Dhoni Bar, over water grill Sea.Fire.Salt, Italian Terrazzo, Aqua Bar, and the culinary class of Spice Spoons.

The ‘Unlimited Stays in Paradise’ package is available until November 30, 2020. It is priced at $30,000 and includes all taxes and service charges for two persons.

Putting it into this perspective, you might get another idea of the price. If you are planning to stay for the full period from January until December that equates to about $84 a night, and $2500 a month.

In September this year, the Maldives announced it would roll out a nationwide hospitality loyalty program. The Maldives Border Miles program will have 3 tiers: Abaarana (Gold), Antara (Silver), and Aida (Bronze). These tiers draw their names from Divehi, the primary local language in the area of the Indian Ocean. Based on the number of visits and the duration of the vacation, visitors earn points. The Maldives expects to launch the program on December 1, 2020.

So, escaping from the cold winter months is possible, and even longer, while elevating working from home to a new level!
