What’s the perfect location outside of the U.S. for a wedding? There are a lot of great choices. But if you’re looking for a tropical destination wedding, Jamaica is worth a look!

Jamaica is a tropical, Caribbean island known for its rich culture. Well-known music genres including reggae give listeners a soothing and peaceful feeling like no other. Traditional dishes such as jerk chicken or ackee and codfish are to die for. Sites like the Dunn’s River Falls, Doctor's Cave Beach and Negril Cliffs are breathtaking.

Jamaica’s authenticity makes it a dream location definitely worth visiting. Traveling to this country is still a go but comes along with a few restrictions.

A travel authorization form must be completed before departure to Jamaica. Vaccinated travelers are only allowed to enter if they haven’t traveled to a select group of countries two weeks leading up to their departure. They must have proof of a negative COVID-19 test result and may be required to get tested upon arrival.

All travelers are also required to quarantine when they arrive unless they’re staying at approved accommodation. Some more protocols include wearing masks in public places and being screened during the stay.

Picture this: you’ve gone through all the requirements for how to get there and you're finally in Jamaica. What’s next? Spending long hours doing research to find out which specific location caters to your destination wedding dream the most? That won’t be necessary. We’ve got you covered!
