Whether you're ready to travel or just ready to plan, we're here to guide you.

Let me start by saying, there is no place in the world like Key West. That is a reason in itself for you to visit this vibrant destination. People go to Key West to escape. It can be as relaxing, romantic and as fun as you want it to be. There are accommodations and activities for every type of traveler. Being that it is the southern-most point of Florida you are getting the feel of the Caribbean without even leaving the country!

It is amazing what you can experience in one whole day in Key West. You can visit the southernmost point in the US, visit Ernest Hemingway’s House, eat fresh, right off-the-boat seafood, take a dip in both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, have a drink at the oldest bar in Florida, and witness a breath-taking sunset. Let’s not forget the KEY LIME PIE! They have the best key lime pie I have ever had!

If you are a traveler who bases travel destinations on food experiences, then you must visit Key West. They have a plethora of amazing and unique restaurants. As stated earlier, there is something for everyone! Everything from a spectacular meal at a backyard restaurant known as Blue Heaven, to a 5-star luxury experience for dinner right on the beach (toes in the sand) while watching the sun go down at Latitudes on Sunset Keys.

Now that I have spoken so highly about this unique destination, let’s talk about places to stay! We are featuring three properties in Key West: Casa Marina, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Ocean Key Resort & Spa and The Sunset Keys Cottages. These are all great properties and all very different and unique in their own way!

Casa Marina, A Waldorf Astoria Resort is for the traveler who wants to spend their day at the pool with beautiful ocean views or at a quiet beach. This property is just a 10 minute drive to lively Duval Street where all the fun goes on, so if you want to venture out for the night it is perfect! Casa Marina is an elegant yet refreshingly simple hideaway for travelers.

Ocean Key Resort & Spa is special due to its great location. Its unique address of ZERO Duval street is right on the Gulf near Mallory Square in historic, Old Town Key West. Every room at the Ocean Key has a view! The hotel is most famous for its long pier known as “Sunset Pier” because it is the best place to watch the sun go down in Key West! If you want to be near the fun, this is a great place to stay!

The Sunset Keys Cottages is the most luxurious property in Key West. If you are looking for a more secluded and private vacation, this is the place for you. Sunset Keys is a private island, and is just a short boat ride off the coast of Key West. You are only permitted to come to the island if you have a reservation at their award-winning restaurant or a guest of the Cottages. This 27-acre tropical island is perfect for a romantic getaway!

If you’re like me and have been living in the cold climates of winter, I know you are itching for a tropical getaway. The eclectic and sunny destination of Key West is calling your name!
