This contemporary luxury hotel is the antithesis of the famous inns of old world Savannah. It boasts not only a rooftop pool but a bar and restaurant too!

Year Built: 2017


Number of rooms: 167


Restaurants: 2 restaurants and 2 bars


Pool: Yes! On the roof


Activities: Dolphin Eco Tour, architechtural tours, Artwalk tour, touring of a local cookie manufacturing company, Savannah Bee Company, and guitar manufacturing company just to name a few!

Spa: No but Perry Lane partners with Glow MedSpa and brings treatments directly to you in your room!


Fitness Center: Yes! With cardio and weight training equipment. The hotel has also partnered with Otium Savannah for on and off-site yoga classes


Third party ratings: Travel & Leisure “IT” list 2019, T&L top 500 hotels 2021, Conde Nast Traveler Best New Hotel 2019

Shopping: Sundries, snacks and gift items can be purchased ½ a block down the street at Parker’s Market, otherwise a nice variety of boutiques can be found within a 10 minute walk of the hotel


Arrival Experience: Very friendly and welcoming doormen greeted us. More impressive was the simple check-in process with complimentary refillable choice of blush or regular champagne until 10PM!

Safety and cleanliness: As a part of the Marriott family, Perry Lane has adopted their “commitment to clean” protocols which include such things as electrostatic spraying, hospital disinfectants, continual cleaning of high touch and public areas. Mask wearing is required. In –room housekeeping only happens in between stays.


Soft goods: Everything was crisp and clean.


Room lighting: both lamps and hanging light fixtures give off lots of light.


Technology in room: Excellent both from the television, to the clock radio. Numerous wall plugs to boot.


Bathroom: Over size rain shower, dual sinks and nice thick towels and robes


Closet and drawer space: Ample for a long weekend stay


Service: A very friendly 9 out of 10


View: Our room had a view overlooking the front entrance of the hotel. The memorable view is the one seen from the Rooftop pool , restaurant and bar over the rooftops of Savannah


Soundproofing: Great!
