Book through TravelAnne and get daily breakfast

for two per room, upgrade, early check-in/late

Arrival Experience: Efficient, friendly with lots of staff there to assist.

The lobby itself also offers a huge "wow" factor!

Cleanliness: Hand sanitizer stations are everywhere and big

enough so that you can’t miss them. Frequent

cleaning of high touch areas. Touchless digital

transactions throughout the experience. Maid

service options. All rooms have personal

hygiene kits for guests. Television remotes are

sealed in plastic and sanitized. Electrostatic spray

used for rooms and public areas as well as

combination of ionization and UV light technology

for all HVAC.

Soft Goods: Fresh as can be!

Room Lighting: Good! Love the different lighting options over the

bed with dimmer switches

Technology in room: State of the art, plenty of table top outlets for

phone charging.

Bathroom: Double sinks, separate shower and tub, nice lit

make up mirror, fancy television in the bathroom

mirror, plenty of towels and two robes

Closet and drawer space: Nice size closet, safe, drawer space both in the

closet and in the room itself.

Service: 12 on a scale of 1-10!

Mini Bar: Stocked with a variety of soft drinks, beer, water,

wine, hard liquor and snacks

View: Atlantic Oceanfront room with Juliet balcony is my

all time favorite as you sit right over the ocean and

can hear the surf if you open your sliding glass

door

Sound Proofing: The downside to the oceanfront rooms is that you

can hear the people in the next room if they are

loud talkers. It seems to be less of an issue in the

partial ocean view or garden view rooms

Activities Rating: 10 on scale of 1-10

Concierge Rating: Although remote at present they sent daily texts

asking if they could assist in any way. A definite

10 as we can speak from dealing with them many

times over the years
